At Carner Barcelona, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our artisanal fragrances; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization and the necessary shipping labels.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened packaging and seal it securely to ensure the bottle remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
